It depends on the size of the property, its condition and the type of clean — a bi-weekly regular clean on a two-bedroom apartment is priced very differently from a post-construction clean on a new four-bedroom house. What we can promise is a free estimate and a price agreed before any work starts, with no surprise add-ons once we're there.

A regular clean maintains a home that's already in good order: rooms, floors, bathrooms, the kitchen and common areas, dust and surface stains. A deep clean is an intensive, detailed clean that goes after built-up grime in the hardest-to-reach places — floors, baseboards, corners, kitchens and surfaces — including the outside of appliances and your furniture. It's the right first visit if a home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while.

Everything a regular clean does, plus the inside of the refrigerator, the oven and every cabinet, and the windows. We clean every room, floor, bathroom and kitchen and remove dust, stains and debris, so the property is ready for the next occupant or in perfect condition for handover. Post-construction cleaning removes construction dust and debris and paint or cement stains, and covers floors, windows, surfaces, bathrooms and kitchens, so the property is ready for occupancy or a client walk-through. We work for homeowners after a remodel and for builders, contractors and property managers.

No. Many customers give us a key or a lockbox code and come home to a finished house; others prefer to be there for the first visit. Either works — we just agree it in advance.

Yes, we arrive with everything we need. If you'd rather we used your own products — because of an allergy, a pet or a surface with special care instructions — set them out and we'll use them instead.

Yes. Our commercial cleaning covers offices, retail spaces and work areas — floors, desks, common areas, bathrooms and kitchens — on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or custom schedule, to a written scope agreed with you.
