Walk the Site

We look at the finishes, the amount of dust and what is left over, and agree the scope and price before we start.

Clear the Debris

Leftover materials and loose debris come out first, so the fine cleaning is not undone.

Dust Top to Bottom

Construction dust settles everywhere — on ledges, inside cabinets, in window tracks — and is removed from the top down.

Detail and Handover

Paint and cement spots, fixtures, glass and floors are finished so the space is ready for occupancy or a client visit.
