About Mild & Ros

A fresh start for every space — done properly, every visit

Mild & Ros Pro Cleaning LLC is a Houston cleaning company owned and run by Rosa Candida Saquic Ixcatcoy, built on a simple promise: show up when you say you will, tell people honestly what their home or business needs, and do the work properly the first time. We clean homes and businesses across Houston, Pasadena, Pearland, League City, Friendswood, Baytown, Texas City and the rest of the Bay Area.

Cleaning on the Gulf Coast has its own challenges. Humidity that grows mildew in grout and caulk faster than almost anywhere else. Dust that comes in with every open door. New homes and remodels handed over still coated in construction dust. Rentals that turn over constantly, where a deposit comes down to the inside of an oven or a refrigerator. We know what each of those takes, and it shows in the details most cleans skip.

Today we offer regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning and commercial cleaning for offices and retail spaces. We're open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and new customers get 10% off their first cleaning.
